You will be responsible for:

• Taking orders by phone and in writing 
• Advising on our products
• Complaint processing 
• International customer service 
• Processing of spare parts orders incl. checking and shipping 
• Communication with shipping service providers

What you have to bring:

• A high degree of empathy and service orientation 
• Experience in customer service and clerical work is desirable

• Accompanying new nubbin sets from the digital design to the finished product.
