Complaints and revocation

How can I download building instructions?

Currently we only offer the building instructions for our own produced sets, the BlueBrixx Specials. All other sets from other manufacturers come with printed instructions. If the printed instructions are missing in your set, you can order them here: Complaints (Miscellaneous).

How can I order spare parts for a BlueBrixx Special set?

You are welcome to order the required spare parts for BlueBrixx Specials yourself on our homepage as described below.

To do so, please log in to our store and select the following under "Contact":

  • Complain about missing parts (BlueBrixx Specials)
  • you will be redirected to the contact form where your customer data are already filled in. If you don't have a customer account, you have to enter them manually. You will find your customer number on the invoice enclosed in the package.
  • In the next step please select the invoice number and article number
  • Then click on "Add spare parts" to open the spare parts list.
  • Next, select the missing parts and specify the number of pieces
  • When all missing parts have been selected, click on "Add" and then on "Send".

Once we receive your complaint, we will process it as soon as possible.

How can I reorder spare parts for all other sets?

To order spare parts for a set from another manufacturer, you can use this form. For this we need pictures of the missing or damaged parts from the building instructions (best marked), if available please with part number, and the needed quantity. After receiving this information we will order your spare parts as soon as possible.

My set is missing a whole bag. How can I request it?

To order the replacement bag, you can use this form. As a rule, the bags are numbered consecutively. Based on these numbers, you can determine which bag is missing by using the process of elimination. This looks like this:

1= construction stage, 23456= manufacturer number of the set, 7= bag number

As soon as you have informed us about the missing bag number, we will take care of your request as soon as possible.

I bought my set in a store. How can I order spare parts now?

To order spare parts for a set, bought at one of our stores, you can use this form. For this we need pictures of the needed parts from the building instructions (best marked), if available please with part number, and the needed quantity. Furthermore we need a picture of the receipt, as well as your complete address for processing the spare part order. Please also let us know if you would like to have the parts shipped to your home or if you would like to pick them up at the store. Please note that you must enter the receipt number. In order to enter the voucher number, you must log out of your customer account, if you have one.

I would like to return an ordered item. How can I withdraw from the purchase?

You are welcome to make use of your right of withdrawal. You can find our cancellation conditions here:

When will my spare parts arrive?

Since we do not have a spare parts warehouse in Germany, we have to order the spare parts from the respective manufacturers. It can take about 3 weeks until we receive the parts. You will be notified by email when your spare parts are on their way to us. You will also be notified when we have delivered your spare parts to the post office

How can I report an incorrect delivery?

To report an incorrect delivery, you can use this form. Please let us know which set you ordered at the start and which was actually delivered. We also need pictures of all delivered items. Once we have received this information, we will process your case as quickly as possible.

Stores

How can I call a specific store?

Our stores are not equipped with telephones and therefore cannot be reached by phone. Our customer service will be happy to help you with your request.

How can I find out whether a particular set is in stock at a store near me?

Please use our contact form (other inquiries) to let us know the manufacturer or item number of the desired set and the store in question. Alternatively, you can send us the link to the desired set. We will let you know if the Set is in stock or not. Please note that we cannot guarantee that the desired set will be in stock when you visit us and we do not accept reservations.

Can I have my order delivered to a store or reserve something on site?

Currently, we do not offer the option of delivery to a store for pickup. Unfortunately, it is also not possible to make a reservation on site.

Can I return an item I bought in a store?

It is not possible to return items that you have purchased in one of our stores.

Questions about shipping

When will my order be shipped?

Due to the high demand, we are pleased about the numerous orders - thank you for your trust! As a result, there may currently be a slightly longer processing time and shipping may take up to 10 working days.

As soon as we have received your payment, we will do our utmost to process your order as quickly as possible and hand it over to our shipping service provider DHL. Within Germany, the regular shipping time with DHL is around 1 to 2 days. For international shipments, you can find more information directly from DHL.

When will a specific Set be available again?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to give a delivery time for individual items. We therefore recommend you to be notified by e-mail as soon as the desired set is available again. Use the button next to the desired items in our store.

How and where can I redeem a voucher?

Our vouchers are redeemable exclusively within the EU in our online store. Several vouchers can be redeemed with one order. Please note that the value of goods without shipping costs must be higher than the voucher value.

What is the difference between the keep extension for Blaustein Castle, version 1 and 2?

Version 2 replaces the small-scale, lift arm wall construction in the middle section of the tower with a construction made of plates and bricks to create more stability and a stronger bond. This also makes the set easier to modify. The building instruction manual for Version 2 also is divided into separate building steps and is produced by the same manufacturer as the other Burg Blaustein sets.

Is the version 2 compatible with the other parts?

Yes, it was tested with both a basic castle and a castle with a Hurde extension.

Will there be a completely new keep expansion construction manual for the" Update Kit for Keep Expansion v1"?

There will be conversion instructions for each of the possible expansion stages.

Do I need the update kit for further extensions?

No, all other expansions work with both versions of the keep. However, the instructions will show the keep V2 in future expansions.

Where are the building instructions for version 1 of the keep extension?

If you search for the keep on our website, you will see the product page with a link. Alternatively, there is a button at the bottom of the website with building instructions (or with a direct link https://www.bluebrixx.com/de/inst), where you can search for the castle keep by pressing Ctrl + F.

Color differences between the keep and Blaustein Castle

Differences in color between the castle keep extension V1 and the Blaustein castle are due to different manufacturers. They all have their own color mixes. The update kit is produced by the same manufacturer as the castle keep V1 itself. The castle keep V2 construction manual is divided into separate building steps and is produced by the same manufacturer as the basic castle.

Is there a display case in which the castle and its extensions can be exhibited?

Blaustein Castle complete with all its extensions is too big to have a display case for it.
