Bring the medieval era to your home. With the richly detailed Castle Blaustein as your foundational stronghold, you create the basis for an entire medieval world. Thanks to its modular expansions, Castle Blaustein can evolve through time, from a small ministerial fortress to a fully developed fortification complex. This base castle, luxurious by 11th and 12th century standards, features a walled inner courtyard and three floors: the ground floor houses a kitchen serving as an economic space, the first floor offers a grand hall with an ornate fireplace and decorative wall paintings, and the top floor contains the lords’ private bedchamber beneath the roof. Even the medieval construction and statics techniques become visible through the build.

This new edition of Castle Blaustein features 7 minifigures: the lord and his wife, two servants and three soldiers that guard the ramparts. It also contains several printed parts that show the coat of arms of Castle Blaustein.

In general, the assembled sections that are dismantled are reused. In addition, with the Hoarding Extension (105236) and the Mint Tower Extension (107505), some individual dismantled parts are also reused.

Especially large parts (e.g., rock elements), parts in large overall quantities, or special parts (e.g., single studs, double-sloped bricks) are often packed separately. These may be located in different building steps.

There are color differences between the Castle Keep V1 and Blaustein Castle. The Update Kit follows the color scheme of Castle Keep V1. Castle Keep V2, however, includes subdivided building steps and matches the color scheme of the base castle.

Currently, no display case is offered for the Blaustein Castle.
