Order Placement
By placing an order, the customer accepts the delivery and payment terms of BB Services GmbH.

The goods are reserved for you for one week from the time of your order. After receipt of payment, the goods will be shipped. In the case of short delivery, any overpaid amounts will be refunded.

You can pay with Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, JCB, or Diners Club. After completing the ordering process, the credit card transaction will begin. Your data is transmitted via a secure SSL connection. The goods will be shipped within 2 working days after receipt of the order.
If credit card authorization fails, the order will be canceled.

By selecting PayPal as the payment method, you will be redirected to PayPal at the end of the order process.
If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your user data and complete the payment. Otherwise, you can sign up as a guest or open a PayPal account.
-- Sofortüberweisung (Instant Transfer) --
Sofortüberweisung is a cashless payment method on the Internet. By entering your online banking data, you can complete the payment immediately. This significantly accelerates the shipping process.
Shipping Costs
We charge a flat shipping fee of €4.95 per delivery. Orders of €199 or more are shipped free of charge within Germany. For deliveries outside Germany, shipping fees are calculated individually based on the destination.

Availability

Retention of Title
The delivered goods remain the property of BB Services GmbH until full payment has been received.

Delivery is made to the address specified by the purchaser.
Agreement on Bearing Return Costs
If you make use of your right of withdrawal, you must bear the regular return shipping costs if the delivered goods correspond to the ordered ones.
Right of Withdrawal (Only for EU countries)
Consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB have a right of withdrawal under the following conditions:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods. If several goods are ordered as part of a single order and are delivered separately, the period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last item. A single order does not exist simply because you ordered several goods at the same time. The products must be related to each other. If goods are delivered in several partial shipments or pieces, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last partial shipment or the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (BB Services GmbH, E-mail: [email protected]) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax or email). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, which is not mandatory. You can also fill out and submit the sample withdrawal form or another clear declaration electronically on our website www.bluebrixx.de. If you use this option, we will immediately (e.g., by email) send you confirmation of receipt of such withdrawal.

Consequences of the Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We will use the same means of payment for the refund as you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to BB Services GmbH, Böttgerstraße 14, 65439 Flörsheim, without delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notified us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this results from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Withdrawal Sample
There is no specific wording required to exercise your right of withdrawal. The following sample is only an example of how to declare a withdrawal:
"Hereby I, Mr./Ms. (Your Name), withdraw from the order dated (invoice date).
The invoice number is: (the invoice number stated on the invoice)."
Please note the conditions described in the withdrawal notice when exercising your right of withdrawal.

Battery Regulation
In connection with the distribution of batteries and rechargeable batteries, we as a retailer are obligated under the Battery Ordinance to inform you as a consumer of the following:
You are legally obliged to return batteries and rechargeable batteries. You can return them after use at our point of sale, at a municipal collection point, or also at local retail stores. Hazardous batteries are marked with a symbol consisting of a crossed-out trash can and the chemical symbol (Cd, Hg, or Pb) of the heavy metal that determines their classification as hazardous.
Data Protection
The customer agrees to the storage of their data in an electronic customer file.

Invoicing
The invoice is created based on the information you provided with your order.
Should you wish to change the billing address or similar after the fact, a processing fee of €5 (plus VAT) will be charged.
