Ordering Process

By placing an order, the customer accepts the delivery and payment terms of BB Service GmbH.

The purchase contract comes into effect upon dispatch of the goods.

Shipping Costs within Germany

We charge a flat shipping rate of €5.95 per delivery. For orders of €99.00 or more, we deliver free of charge within Germany. For deliveries outside Germany, shipping costs are calculated individually depending on the destination.

Deliveries to Other Countries

For deliveries to countries outside Germany, we charge the following shipping costs:

* For all non-EU countries, VAT is deducted.

Information on Deliveries to Switzerland

As Switzerland is not part of the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply to orders (e.g. depending on the value or weight of the goods). These charges are levied by the Swiss authorities and are beyond our control. More information here. 

Availability

We endeavour to deliver all ordered items but are not obliged to do so. Incorrect deliveries or delivery delays do not entitle the customer to claims for damages. Pre-orders for unavailable items are not possible. Items that are out of stock will not be delivered subsequently. No back orders are fulfilled.

Payment Methods

Payment in Advance

When you place your order, the goods will be reserved for you for one week. Once payment has been received, we will dispatch your order. In the case of partial deliveries, any overpayment will be refunded.

We now also offer the sofortueberweisung.de service for payment in advance. This allows you to make the transfer directly using your online banking details, considerably speeding up the shipping process.

Credit Card

You can pay by Visa, MasterCard or American Express. For deliveries to France, we additionally offer payment by Carte Bancaire. Credit card processing begins once the ordering process is complete. Your data is transmitted via a secure SSL connection. The goods will be sent to you within 2 working days of receipt of your order at the latest. If the credit card authorisation is not completed correctly, the order will be cancelled.

PayPal

If you select PayPal as your payment method, you will be redirected to PayPal at the end of the ordering process. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in there with your user details and complete the payment. Otherwise, you can log in as a guest or open a PayPal account.
