By placing an order, the customer accepts the terms of delivery and payment of BB Service GmbH.

Shipping costs within Germany
We charge a flat-rate shipping fee of €4.95 per delivery. From 199,- € we deliver free of charge within Germany. For deliveries outside Germany, we calculate the shipping costs individually depending on the destination.
Deliveries to other countries
For deliveries to countries other than Germany, the following shipping costs are being charged:

Availability
We endeavor to deliver all items ordered, but we are under no obligation to deliver. Incorrect deliveries or delays in delivery do not entitle the customer to claim compensation. Pre-orders for unavailable items cannot be accepted. Articles that are not available will not be put on backorder. Subsequent deliveries will not be made.

The goods will be reserved for you for one week at the time of your order. After receipt of payment the goods will be dispatched by us. In the event of short delivery, any overpayment will be refunded.

From now on we also offer the service of sofortueberweisung.de for prepayment. Here you can make the corresponding transfer directly with your online banking data and thus speed up the shipping process considerably.
Credit card
You can pay with Visa, MasterCard or American Express. After completing the order process, the credit card processing will start. Your data will be transmitted via a secure SSL connection. The goods will be sent to you within 2 working days of receipt of your order at the latest. If the credit card authorization has not been completed correctly, the order will be canceled.
Paypal
By selecting the payment method PayPal, you will be redirected to PayPal at the end of the order process. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in there with your user data and make the payment. Otherwise, you can log in as a guest or open a PayPal account.
