Right of rescission

A cancellation right is entitled to consumers for the purposes of §13 Civil Code after the following possible specifications:

They have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The cancellation term amounts fourteen days from the day in which you or one third named by you, (not of the delivery company) which have taken goods in possession. If several goods are ordered and this are delivered separately, the term amounts fourteen days from the day in which you or one third named by you (not the delivery company) have taken the last product in possession. However, a uniform order is not given already when you have ordered several goods at the same time. The single products must stick together in connection. If a product is delivered in several parcels or pieces, the cancellation term amounts fourteen days from the day in which you or one third named by you (not the delivery company) have taken the last part or the last piece in possession.

To use your cancellation right, you must inform us under, by means of an unequivocal explanation (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, e-mail: [email protected]) inform about your decision to revoke this contract. You may use the enclosed pattern-cancellation form which is not prescribed. You may also use the pattern-cancellation form or another unequivocal explanation, also on our web page www.bluebrixx.de electronically fill it and send it to us. If you make use of this possibility, we will inform you immediately (e.g., by e-mail) a confirmation about the entrance of such a cancellation.

Results of the cancellation

If you revoke this contract, we have to refund you all payments which we have received from you, including the delivery expenses (with the exception of the additional costs which arise from the fact that you have chosen another kind of delivery than the one from us offered, most favorable standard delivery) immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day in which the communication about your cancellation of this contract has come to us. The immediate costs of the return of the product must be taken by you. For the repayment we use the same currency which you have used with the original transaction, unless something else was agreed with you expressly; in no case remunerations are calculated to you because of this refund. We can refuse the refund, until we have got back the goods or you have produced the proof that you have sent back the goods, depending on which is the earlier time. You must return the goods promptly and, in any case, not later than fourteen days from the date on which you submit your cancellation to

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiration of the period of fourteen days. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You only need to pay for any diminished value of the goods when such loss in value is due to a necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods handling.

Revocation model

No specific wording needs to be adhered to when carrying out a revocation. The following sample is merely an example of how you can declare a withdrawal.

"I, Mr. / Mrs. (your name), hereby revoke the order of (invoice date).

The invoice number is: (the invoice number shown on the invoice)."

Return costs

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

In what condition do I have to return my product?

You only must pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check their condition, properties, and functionality. This means that the reduction in value - which has arisen from handling the products beyond what is necessary to assess their condition, properties, and functionality - will be deducted proportionately from your refund amount. This reduction in value can be significant if you open the packaging and plastic bags in the packaging and/or do not return the entire product but only individual parts and you receive a lower refund in the event of a withdrawal.

Can I always exercise my right of withdrawal?

You have no right of withdrawal for the following product types:

a) Products that have been personalized for you or made specifically to your requirements

b) Sealed audio or video products or sealed computer software that you have opened upon receipt. This includes, but is not limited to, video games and DVDs.
