TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE “Build of the Month” COMPETITION

The organiser of the competition is BB Services GmbH (hereinafter referred to as “BlueBrixx”), Böttgerstr. 14, D-65439 Flörsheim, Germany. By participating in the competition, participants agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligible to participate are all persons aged 18 or over who are resident in Germany, Austria or Switzerland. The competition is limited to the aforementioned countries; participation from other countries is not possible.

There is no entitlement to participate. Employees of BlueBrixx and of companies affiliated within the meaning of Section 15 of the German Stock Corporation Act (AktG), as well as their relatives, and employees of any other companies involved in organising and carrying out the promotion, as well as their relatives, are excluded from participation.

2. The competition starts on 20/04/2026 and ends on 31/05/2026 at 23:59. Participation takes place by tagging the account “bluebrixx_group” in the participant’s own Instagram post showing a BlueBrixx set and using the hashtag “builddesmonats” in the description. In addition, the participant must follow the Instagram account bluebrixx_group and like the competition post. Each participant may only enter once.

3. Among all participants who meet the requirements described in sections 1 and 2, one €100 voucher for the webshop will be raffled. The winning post will also be republished as a permanent post on the BlueBrixx Instagram account. The prize cannot be paid out in cash and cannot be exchanged. Legal recourse is excluded.

4. The winner will be determined within three (3) days after the end of the competition and informed via the comment function of the Instagram post mentioned in section 2 as well as by direct message via Instagram. The winner must then send a direct message to the BlueBrixx account within two working days, stating the contact details provided when participating. If the winner does not respond within this period, their claim to the prize will be forfeited.

5. Each participant is solely responsible for their comments and any other information they provide. The participant is obliged to provide accurate and complete information when participating and, in particular, not to infringe the rights of third parties or any other applicable law and not to violate Instagram guidelines. An infringement of third-party rights exists, among other things, if personal information or other data of third parties is used without their consent. The participant undertakes to indemnify BlueBrixx against any kind of claims, damages, losses or demands that may arise from their participation in the competition and/or from violations of the aforementioned obligation.

6. In the event of violations of these terms of use or applicable law, BlueBrixx may temporarily or permanently exclude the relevant participants from participation and delete content submitted by them. BlueBrixx also reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition if the comment or post is inhuman, racist or pornographic, contains depictions of violence, is otherwise offensive in any way, or violates the political or religious views of third parties. BlueBrixx is entitled at any time, at its own discretion, to terminate, modify or replace the competition with another offer.

7. Data protection information: All Instagram names of participants will be collected and stored for the purpose of determining the winner. These names will be deleted no later than 30 days after the end of the competition. The winner’s contact details will be used to send the prize and further related information and, if necessary, the winner’s first and last name, address and email address will be transmitted by BlueBrixx to the respective competition partner, e.g. organiser. By participating in the competition, the participant expressly agrees that the aforementioned contact details may, if necessary, be forwarded and stored for the duration of the competition and no later than 30 days after the prize has been provided. The participant is free to withdraw their consent to the storage of their data at any time. Withdrawal of consent will result in withdrawal from participation in the competition. The participant’s data will be deleted immediately upon receipt of the withdrawal. 8. In accordance with section 3 of Instagram’s “Promotion Guidelines”, each participant fully releases Instagram from any liability. In accordance with the aforementioned guideline, it is pointed out that the competition is in no way connected to Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported or organised by Instagram. The recipient of the information provided by the participant is not Instagram, but BlueBrixx. All questions, comments or complaints regarding the competition must be directed to the BlueBrixx team. Contact: [email protected]. Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provisions shall be replaced by an appropriate provision in the individual case that comes closest to the purpose of the invalid provisions.

9. Rights of use to participant submissions
By participating in the competition, the participant grants BlueBrixx a simple, unrestricted right in terms of time and territory to use the submitted post (photo/video including description text) for advertising purposes. This includes, in particular, the publication, reproduction and public accessibility of the post on BlueBrixx social media channels, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook and Threads, as well as on the BlueBrixx website and in other BlueBrixx marketing materials.

The rights of use are granted free of charge. No separate remuneration will be paid beyond the prize described in section 3.

Where possible, BlueBrixx will identify the participant in the event of publication by linking to or mentioning the Instagram account. However, there is no legal entitlement to this.

The participant warrants that they hold the necessary rights to the submitted post, in particular that the post does not infringe any third-party rights, including copyrights and personality rights, and that they have the necessary authority to grant the rights of use. The participant shall be liable to BlueBrixx for any third-party claims resulting from a breach of this warranty in accordance with section 5.
